A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst II to provide remote technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support for desktop PCs, mobile devices, VPN connectivity, and on-call assistance
Manage user access, incidents, service interruptions, and downtimes to ensure reliable end-user experiences
Analyze HL7 messages and recurring system issues, implementing permanent solutions in collaboration with resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
Experience supporting healthcare IT environments, including PACS systems and radiology workflows
Proficiency in software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and network support
Prior healthcare IT experience with effective on-call support capabilities
Strong customer service skills with critical thinking abilities
