[job_card.job_description]Collect and analyze data from various sources to provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting, delivering reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc. ). Analyzes performance of process activities, identifies problem areas, and presents findings in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries. Responsible for tackling mobile quality issues from various streams, including data from Carrier, VOC, Supply Chain, Customer Care, B2B, and Network Performance. Mainly deal with issues after the mobile product is launched in the market. Language Requirement : Proficiency in speaking and writing in both English and Korean is required. Provide technical support for the client carriers' marketing and engineering personnel on issues reported from the market. Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion. Data management, Create Trends, Reports, etc. Track, collect, and analyze network KPI and other quality data in case a major issue is reported Perform a stationary and field test of issue reproduction Communicate with internal R&D, carriers, and customers for the market issue reported and follow up. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Data Science, Electrical, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent level of work experience Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the wireless industry preferred in Mobile QA or Mobile testing Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques Process certification, such as Six Sigma, CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills Familiar with LTE and IMS / VoLTE Protocol Knowledge of Android infrastructure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets. Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics is a plus Ability to perform root cause analysis, decision analysis, and establish process mapping is a plus
