Responsibilities :
Collect and analyze data from various sources to provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting, delivering reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc. ).Analyzes performance of process activities, identifies problem areas, and presents findings in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries.Responsible for tackling mobile quality issues from various streams, including data from Carrier, VOC, Supply Chain, Customer Care, B2B, and Network Performance.Mainly deal with issues after the mobile product is launched in the market.Language Requirement : Proficiency in speaking and writing in both English and Korean is required.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide technical support for the client carriers' marketing and engineering personnel on issues reported from the market.Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.Data management, Create Trends, Reports, etc.Track, collect, and analyze network KPI and other quality data in case a major issue is reportedPerform a stationary and field test of issue reproductionCommunicate with internal R&D, carriers, and customers for the market issue reported and follow up.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Data Science, Electrical, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent level of work experienceMinimum 1-3 years of experience in the wireless industry preferred in Mobile QA or Mobile testingProven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniquesProcess certification, such as Six Sigma, CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMIExcellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skillsFamiliar with LTE and IMS / VoLTE ProtocolKnowledge of Android infrastructureStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
