A company is looking for a Therapist I, Bilingual (Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
Provide intake assessments, crisis intervention, short-term therapy, and life skills groups to adults with mental health and / or co-occurring disorders
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and perform assessments to formulate diagnoses using a culturally competent approach
Manage crises, monitor treatment progress, and provide case management services, including referrals to community support services
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Professional Clinical Counseling (PCC), or Psychology (Psy.D) with 1-2 years of relevant experience
Registration with the BBS or Board of Psychology as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC
Current knowledge of crisis intervention, individual / family therapy, and documentation standards
Valid California driver's license and an acceptable driving record
