Location : Tallahassee, FL (On-site Leadership Role) Company : Tadlock Roofing Tadlock Roofing, a leading Florida roofing and exterior remodeling company, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations, drive sales performance, and lead a high-performing team. This is a full P&L leadership role responsible for sales, production, and customer satisfaction across multiple locations.

What You'll Do :

• Lead all sales and operations functions for a growing roofing and exterior remodeling company.
• Manage and develop sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
• Oversee project delivery, production, and customer experience with full accountability for quality and profitability.
• Analyze financials, forecast results, and execute plans that improve growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategy, hiring, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and operational standards.
