You will partner closely with hiring leaders and own our most critical searches across a variety of business functions. Jerry.ai is building the first super app to help people save time and money on their car one of their most expensive assets and a $2T market in the U.S. We are leveraging technology and machine learning to help people optimize every aspect of owning a car including buy/sell, insurance, financing, safety, maintenance/repairs, and more. Since we launched our app in 2019, we have amassed over 5M customers, raised $240M in funding, scaled our revenue 60X and our team to 225 across 7 countries.

How you will make an impact:

• Own full cycle recruiting for junior-to-mid level searches across a variety of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, business operations, design & research, organic & paid growth, legal, people operations, finance, etc
• Work closely with our hiring leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs
• Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team's time efficiently without sacrificing quality

• You appreciate the complexity and nuance involved in delivering a truly stellar recruiting experience, and you are passionate about continuing to perfect your craft

Ideal profile:

• 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Prior recruiting experience at fast-growth startups is strongly preferred
• Track record of being successful in a high velocity, output-driven and demanding environment
• Bachelor's Degree

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, the compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.
