Our client is seeking a school nurse, 1 : 1 School Nurses (LPN) to provide services to students in a school based classroom.

HOURS

Monday-Friday during school hours

CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES :

• One on One Licensed Practical Nurse assigned to a medically fragile child during school hours and in a school classroom. The Licensed Practical Nurse will also be a back up to support the school based Registered Nurse.
• Care for medical needs of child(ren) throughout the day
• Monitor any changes in student's status
• Complete thorough nursing notes
• Provide daily medicine
• G Tube Feeding
• Monitoring safety and well-being of student
