Membership Sales Associate – Join Our Team at Perspire Sauna Studio!

    • Available Shifts

    We are open Monday-Friday (7 AM - 9 PM) and Saturday-Sunday (8 AM - 8 PM).

    We offer flexible shift options , including :

    Weekdays (M-F)

    Opening Shifts (6 : 40AM - 1 : 00PM and 6 : 40AM - 3 : 00PM)

    Closing Shifts (1 : 00PM - 9 : 20PM and 3 : 00PM - 9 : 20PM)

    Weekends (S-S)

    Opening Shift (7 : 40AM - 1 : 30PM)

    Closing Shift (1 : 30PM - 8 : 20PM)

    Shift selection is flexible! We will discuss your availability when interviewing.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Confidently sell memberships in a commission-based environment

  • Engage and follow up with leads using our CRM

    • Educate guests on the benefits of infrared saunas and Perspire memberships

    Schedule reservations and follow-up appointments

    Give studio tours and answer guest inquiries

  • Create a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for all members

    • Turn over and sanitize sauna rooms between sessions

  • Maintain and organize the towel supply area

    A positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping people

  • A team player who loves engaging with others
  • A reliable and dependable work ethic (strong attendance history required)

    • Evening and / or weekend availability is required
