Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives and share technical knowledge. Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion. 3+ years of experience in system administration or a related IT role. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, firewall configuration, and switch management. Experience with ESXi VMware, ThreatLocker, and RMM tools. Familiarity with ZeroTrust frameworks and cybersecurity best practices. Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network layers. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
