Sr. System Administrator
Location : Onsite | Full-Time
Compensation : $100,000-$120,000
As a Sr. System Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing IT infrastructure across the organization. This position requires hands-on expertise in networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, and remote monitoring tools. Primary Responsibilities of the Sr. System Administrator :
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including firewalls and switches.Administer ESXi VMware servers to support virtualization and scalability.Implement and manage security protocols and ZeroTrust technologies.Utilize RMM tools (e.g., Ninja RMM) for proactive monitoring and issue resolution.Provide Tier 1-2 support via a ticketing system, ensuring timely and professional service.Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives and share technical knowledge.Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion.Qualifications of the Sr. System Administrator :
3+ years of experience in system administration or a related IT role.Strong knowledge of networking concepts, firewall configuration, and switch management.Experience with ESXi VMware, ThreatLocker, and RMM tools.Familiarity with ZeroTrust frameworks and cybersecurity best practices.Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network layers.Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.#LI-HM1 #ZRCFSTECH #INSEP2025 System Administrator
