We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Teacher Assistant to join our team! In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 6 months to 6 years old.


What you'll do:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans.
• Engage with children through play, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.
• Provide attentive care, including diapering, feeding, and assisting with toileting routines (for younger children).
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
• Observe and document children's progress, communicating effectively with the lead teacher and parents.
• Be a positive role model and build trusting relationships with children and their families.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for early childhood education and a love for learning.
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• CPR and First Aid certification a plus.
