Vice President of Employer Marketplace

A company is looking for a VP of Employer Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end employer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifecycle management across all programs and products

Build and execute scalable strategies to grow and retain the employer network while ensuring project quality

Lead and mentor a high-performing growth and engagement team focused on data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in marketplace management, ideally in a talent-focused marketplace

Proven success in leading acquisition and retention strategies for two-sided marketplaces

Highly data-driven with experience in leveraging AI or automation for marketplace outcomes

Strong grasp of product marketing, growth experimentation, and employer lifecycle optimization

Experience in cross-functional leadership and collaboration across various teams
