A company is looking for an Associate Actuary - ACA.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated solutions for ACA exchange rate filings
Identify drivers of rate changes and communicate findings to stakeholders and regulators
Collaborate with team members to develop assumptions for pricing and analyze claims and membership data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of actuarial experience
Experience in pricing healthcare insurance is highly preferred
Familiarity with Excel VBA, R, and / or SQL is advantageous
