Quoting and Data Specialist

Do you enjoy working with numbers and solving problems while helping customers? A growing nutraceutical manufacturer is hiring a Quoting & Data Specialist to support quoting, data entry, and customer communication in a fast-moving, team-focused environment.

Quoting and Data Specialist Details :

  • Direct Hire position
  • $45,000.00 to $56,000.00 / annually
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 04 : 30pm)
  • 100% Onsite (no remote / hybrid options)
  • Occasional OT available

    • What You'll Do

  • Enter and verify data for ingredient and packaging quotes
  • Calculate costs using manufacturing and pricing concepts
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to gather details
  • Maintain accurate digital records
  • Support customer service via phone and in-person interaction

    • This position plays a critical role in supporting our operations by managing data, calculations, and documentation used in quoting and production preparation. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, thinks critically, and takes pride in accuracy and dependability.

    Quoting and Data Specialist Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong Excel skills with solid math aptitude
  • Fast accurate data entry and high attention to detail
  • Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and in person
  • Reliable consistent work habits with a strong sense of ownership
  • Quick learner with strong computer literacy

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Customer service or administrative background
  • STEM-related experience or training
  • SAP experience (training available; not required)
