We're seeking high-integrity, cannabis-passionate individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors to support pop-up events, product demos, and dispensary outreach across the state of Arizona. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a love for cannabis to get hands-on experience in a growing industry.

About the Role :

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Nirvana Cannabis at dispensary events, trade shows, and community activations. Your job is to engage customers, promote product knowledge, and create memorable brand experiences that foster long-term loyalty. You'll be working directly with consumers, educating them on our product offerings, answering questions, gathering feedback, and supporting marketing efforts across multiple Arizona locations.

This role is available as both full-time and part-time, depending on your availability and experience level.

What You'll Be Doing :

Product Promotion & Education

Engage with customers at demos, events, and in-store pop-ups to promote cannabis products

Educate consumers about different strains, product formats, consumption methods, and effects

Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions to ensure an informed and welcoming experience

Brand Representation & Relationship Building

Represent the Nirvana Cannabis brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of cannabis culture

Serve as the face of our brand-sharing stories, building customer relationships, and supporting dispensary partners

Build trust and credibility with consumers and staff by showing passion, product knowledge, and professionalism

Event Support & Market Engagement

Assist in planning, setting up, and tearing down event displays and demo tables

Ensure all promotional materials and branded elements are presentable and compliant

Work with the marketing team to support brand initiatives and execute successful campaigns

Feedback Collection & Market Insight

Collect feedback and observations from customers, dispensary staff, and market trends

Report back insights that help the marketing and product development teams shape future offerings

Stay informed on competitor promotions and general market activity

Compliance & Safety

Follow all state and local cannabis advertising rules and promotional guidelines

Ensure proper handling of cannabis materials and promotional samples

Always represent the brand in a safe, compliant, and professional manner

What You Bring to the Table :

A genuine passion for cannabis, its culture, and the people who use it

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Friendly, engaging personality with the confidence to speak in public or one-on-one

Professionalism in both attitude and appearance

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced event or retail environment

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Arizona for events and demos

Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the Arizona cannabis industry

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous experience in sales, retail, marketing, or customer service is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other standard software

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

Comfortable working weekends and evenings, depending on event schedules
