We are looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. This Contract-to-continuous position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and optimize our technology systems while ensuring their security and reliability. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing hardware, software, and network infrastructure, as well as providing exceptional support to users and contributing to the organization's IT strategy.

Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to identify and address root causes effectively.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing technology systems and solutions.
• Execute proactive updates and improvements to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage network hardware and equipment, including servers, routers, and storage devices.
• Perform server administration tasks such as configuring user accounts, group policies, and security settings.
• Monitor system health using management tools, ensuring seamless operation of architecture components.
• Address hardware issues in the data center promptly and efficiently.
• Operate the help desk by troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues.
• Conduct regular audits of systems, including backups, to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Demonstrated success in an IT-related role with hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in operating systems such as Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Dell Technologies, and network troubleshooting.
• Background in project management, application design, and cloud computing.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Previous experience providing help desk support and resolving technical issues.
