Location: Boise, ID (Downtown / In-Office) Experience: 5+ Years Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits

The Opportunity

I am currently representing a highly respected law firm in Boise looking to add a Senior Transactional Real Estate Attorney to their growing team. As the Treasure Valley continues to grow, the firm is at the forefront of the region’s development. This role is designed for a mid-to-senior level attorney who specializes in the lifecycle of real property and commercial business transactions.

You will step into a high-volume practice, managing complex deals for developers, investors, and business owners throughout Idaho.

Key Responsibilities

• Real Estate Transactions: Lead commercial and residential acquisitions and dispositions, including drafting purchase and sale agreements, overseeing due diligence, and managing closings.

• Development & Land Use: Advise clients on zoning, entitlements, easements, and development agreements.

• Leasing: Negotiate and draft sophisticated commercial, retail, and industrial leases for both landlords and tenants.

• Corporate Governance: Assist clients with entity formation (LLCs, LPs), joint venture agreements, and general commercial contract negotiations.

• Financing: Review and negotiate loan documentation and security instruments for real estate financing.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Real Estate or Corporate Transactional law.

• Bar Admission: Active member of the Idaho State Bar (or eligible for immediate reciprocity).

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Idaho real estate statutes, title insurance matters, and local land-use regulations.

• Work Style: This is an in-office position (M-F). We are looking for a professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 DOE
