Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain positive relationships
Analyze and resolve customer inquiries while processing incoming and outgoing communications
Perform administrative tasks including data entry and document management
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college courses or degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service
Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Driver's License and ability to lift and transport mail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
