This position will manage the sales team and be responsible for business development.

SUMMARY : In this role we are seeking a highly qualified skilled commercial Sheet Metal Technician to join our team!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform different types of sheet metal welding and metal finishing.
• File and grind surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
• Keeps personal work area organized and clean, returns tools and maintains parts / materials carts in an organized manner.
• Understand and follow all written instructions as per requirements, inspection plans, etc.
• Accurately complete all required documentation at the time of the task in BuilderTrend software.
• Visually inspects completed jobs to ensure quality and specifications objectives are met.
• Assumes responsibility and care of all company tools in assigned / dedicated work centers.
• Report to work timely and regularly as scheduled per companys attendance policy and requirements.
• Recommends process improvements to supervisor or management.
• Understand and comply with company policy, safety guidelines, quality system procedures, and 5S and housekeeping standards
• Experience with aluminum fabricationand / or sheet metal work required.
