Senior Developer - Salesforce Agentforce

The Salesforce Agentforce Senior Developer is part of the Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). This role focuses on building advanced AI automation solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud, setting development best practices, and ensuring scalable, secure delivery. The Senior Developer works closely with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to evaluate opportunities, overcome technical challenges, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable Agentforce automation solutions (e.g., Case Classification, Next Best Action, AI Agent deployment).

Collaborate with Product Owners to assess feasibility and complexity of automation opportunities.

Resolve complex technical issues and act as a Salesforce technical escalation point.

Design and implement supporting infrastructure (APIs, cloud functions, identity, storage—primarily AWS).

Conduct code / design reviews, document solutions, and share knowledge across the team.

Contribute to proofs of concept, reusable components, and complex builds.

Promote documentation, reusable frameworks, and internal best practices.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Salesforce Einstein for Service or Agentforce.

5+ years in Salesforce development or administration roles.

Strong expertise in Salesforce AI architecture, Apex / Flows integration, and automation deployment.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), APIs, and serverless architecture.

Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps and Agile delivery.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to mentor developers and contribute to team growth.

Preferred

Experience with platform governance, reusable libraries, or CoE initiatives

Knowledge of B2B Orderto-Cash processes.

Exposure to RPA (UiPath), IDP (Hyperscience), or API / EDI tools.

Coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or C#.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
