[job_card.job_description]High school diploma or equivalent and one-year experience in clerical work preferred. Knowledge of modern office management practices and procedures. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to understand court procedures and policies. Skills in the operating of office equipment. Must be able to work with some degree of independence and responsibility. Must have good Customer services skills. Maintain confidentiality. Courteous, professional and cooperative. Knowledge of the court system or legal experience is a plus. Spanish speaking is a plus. - Duties will include assisting the public and answering phone calls / emails, scanning / quality checking of documents.
