(Enrolled tribal youth at least 16 can apply.) Previous experience working in the Food & Beverage Industry at a Casino and / or Hotel. Washington State Food Handler's Permit (must be willing to obtain within 30 days of employment).

The Dish Machine Operator is an essential member of the Food & Beverage Customer Service Team. They will be responsible for the back of house meeting regulations and that their team can fulfill orders in a timely manner.

How You'll Make an Impact :
- Support F&B Back of House Team Members to keep the kitchen areas (refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, and preparation area) are clean, stocked, and ready for cooking.
- Open to learning new skillsets and motivated to being promoted : preparation of food, quality control of refrigerated / freezer items, and cooking.
