Position: Lead Financial Analyst
Location: Fort Wayne, IN (hybrid - 2 days WFH per week)

Your role with the company:
Forge strong partnerships with business counterparts, fostering collaborative relationships aimed at enhancing planning, budgeting, and analytical processes.
Vigilantly monitor actual results against established plans, meticulously identifying potential risks and proactively proposing innovative initiatives to rectify performance gaps.
Deliver comprehensive weekly updates to forecasts, incorporating valuable input from business partners, and adeptly adjust projections to align with evolving business requirements.
Proactively anticipate reporting needs, ensuring that timely and informed business decisions can be made in response to dynamic market demands.
Craft and refine standard reports designed to serve as powerful tools for driving decision-making, while concurrently offering meaningful insights to business partners.
Delve into the intricacies of complex financial data, distilling key findings into insightful summaries that empower business partners to make informed strategic decisions.
Senior Level Accounting Education, experience, or combination. CPA or MBA preferred
Experience with Reporting Systems such as SAP or Business Objects
Experience with complex retail or manufacturing environments highly preferred
