Our team is passionate about the future of e-commerce and we’re looking for ambitious people who want to be at the forefront of it.

We’re now hiring a TikTok Shop Account Manager to join our growing US team, based in New York City.

What you’ll do

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as the main point of contact for TikTok Shop campaigns.
  • Develop and execute TikTok Shop growth strategies to drive sales, conversions, and brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok creators, affiliates, and live hosts.
  • Plan and optimise product listings, promotions, and content strategies for maximum performance.
  • Monitor campaign data, prepare weekly reports, and deliver actionable insights to clients.
  • Work closely with our creative and operations teams to deliver engaging live shopping and content campaigns.
  • Stay on top of TikTok trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas to clien

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years’ experience in account management, influencer marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and / or TikTok influencer marketing.
  • Commercially minded with proven ability to hit targets and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up style environment.
