[job_card.job_description]Managing and organizing the CEOs email for both personal and professional needs Coordinating and scheduling the CEOs calendar across business and personal commitments Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and dining Reviewing meeting summaries and creating tasks or follow-ups Completing daily check-ins and end-of-day reports Scheduling and managing tasks Handling other administrative responsibilities to free up the CEO's time Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability Trustworthy, reliable, and committed to following through on responsibilities Independent and focused, with the ability to work efficiently Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and software Proactive in identifying and solving challenges Driven, thoughtful, and ambitious, with a professional demeanor A cultural fit who embodies integrity, passion, and accountability Kind, confident, and comfortable seeking support when needed This is a W2 Employee position Benefits include medical, dental / vision, PTO / vacation, sick time, paid holidays, 401(k), and a phone / internet stipend The position will be 40 hours per week Hours are Monday - Friday from 8 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm EST The pay rate is $35 / hour USD We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member Please do not contact David Trout or SolutionsX, LLC directly; doing so will disqualify your application
