Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact and maintain a Customer Success Plan
Lead technical check-ins, platform reviews, and proactively monitor account health
Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing optimization of their tech stack
Required Qualifications
4+ years in technical account management, cybersecurity engineering, or customer success in a relevant environment
Solid knowledge of threat detection and response, SIEM, EDR / XDR, and cloud security
Ability to communicate technical complexity to diverse audiences
High autonomy and organizational discipline across a multi-account portfolio
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
