Maintains standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the facility and nursing department Graduation from as accredited School of Nursing (Registered Nurse) Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing required. CPR certification prior to or upon employment Previous leadership experience preferred but not essential. Long term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
