Description

The Product Associate intern is an integral part of the product team. The Product Associate intern is responsible for working with the Product Manager and Test Engineer on all aspects of product line day-to-day support, include product documentation drafting, concept build-up, meeting notes summary, analysis, cross-team support, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support test engineer and product manager to do prototype validation
  • Support the development of customer facing marketing materials including, brochures,website content, training programs, samples, competitive comparisons, product newsand updates.
  • Participate into customer's technical discussion meeting and contribute to buildsoftware / hardware product prototypes.
  • Work closely across different teams including RD / SolutionArchitect / Project / Operations / Service / QA with day-to-day product management work

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in related field or equivalent completed or in progress
  • At least 1 year of product related experience or equivalent
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
