Key Responsibilities
Own the webinar program, including strategy, execution, and performance analysis
Develop and optimize the webinar tech stack and processes for scalability and efficiency
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of webinar initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
4+ years of B2C / EdTech marketing experience, with 2+ years in managing a revenue-focused webinar program
Proven expertise in Webinar Program Strategy and MarTech architecture
Advanced proficiency with marketing systems like Zoom Webinars and HubSpot
Ability to use data to drive strategic decisions and program improvements
