Your Role in Action:

• Manage the planning and design of roadway and transportation infrastructure projects for public-sector clients (D.
• Lead project teams through all stages: scheduling, budgeting, technical design, and quality review.
• Serve as a trusted client liaison, maintaining strong relationships with DOTs, municipalities, and partnering consultants.
• Provide technical direction and ensure deliverables meet or exceed industry and client standards.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to produce integrated, coordinated designs.
• Review plans, specifications, and technical reports, ensuring compliant, constructible, and innovative designs.

Who You Are:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 8+ years of related civil engineering experience, must include roadway or transportation project design.
• Proficient in MicroStation, Geopak, or OpenRoads Designer.
• Knowledge of DOT standards, permitting processes, and public agency procedures (Minnesota DOT experience ideal).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to keep teams focused and coordinated.
• Committed to mentoring junior engineers and cultivating technical growth within the team.
