Job Title : QC Inspector Job Description

We are seeking a skilled QC Inspector with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of components. You should be proficient in using a meter to measure and identify reverse polarity, check for missing parts, alignment, and solder defects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read MPI and drawings for special notes, as well as BOMs, to perform visual inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on components and circuit boards.
• Measure components using a meter accurately.
• Identify reverse polarity, missing parts, misalignment, and solder defects.
• Read and interpret MPI, BOMs, and drawings for special instructions.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards.

Work Environment

The work environment is based in Fremont, California, where the company offers in-house board design, prototyping, and New Product Introduction (NPI) through to full production in as little as five to ten days. The work setting is collaborative and fast-paced, catering to several different customers and industries.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
