In this role you will :

• Direct all phases of program management from inception through completion.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to coordinate the preparation of proposals.
• Act as a primary liaison with customer for all program activities including; cost, schedule, technical performance and program review sessions.
• Identify program problems and establish results, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications as needed.

The Deputy Project Manager will support the Program Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring test and evaluation activities for Flight Test, Ground Test, and Modeling and Simulation (M&S) programs. This role will work closely with FT / GT technical leads, baseline technical leadership including TDs and LSEs. The Program Management Sr. will also work closely with Lockheed Martin functional organizations, including Finance and Contracts, to ensure all related business objectives and contractual obligations are met. Experience with Aegis BMD / Missile Defense Agency (MDA) customer

Experience as a CAM across multiple contracts, programs, or control accounts

Experience participating in EV compliance activities (i.e. audits, customer reviews)

Experience working with and / or across different functions

Understanding of the EVM rhythm at a program level

Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
