We’re looking for motivated, safety-minded recent grads ready to hit the road. With *hands-on training* from a certified mentor and *competitive solo pay*, you’ll gain the experience you need to build a successful OTR driving career.
- What We Offer : *
- Hands-On Training Program : * 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor
- Paid Orientation & Training*
- Weekly Solo Pay : * $1,200–$1,500 on average
- Home Time : * Every 2 weeks
- Long-Term Career Path with Ongoing Support*
- Minimum Requirements : *
Valid *Class A CDL*
Must have completed a *120-hour CDL school*
Must pass a road test and drug screen at orientation
No recent major moving violations
No recent terminations within the past 6 months
