Client Support & Booking Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and service-driven Client Support & Booking Assistant to help clients with planning needs, booking coordination, and general customer support. Responsibilities : Assist clients with organizing booking details, dates, preferences, and service selectionsProvide customer support through email, phone, and messaging in a professional mannerHelp gather and maintain information needed for reservations and itinerary supportCoordinate booking details and follow up with clients as neededMaintain accurate notes, client profiles, and documentation within our systemsRespond promptly to client questions and provide helpful guidanceStay informed about available destinations, suppliers, and experience optionsSupport administrative tasks related to planning and booking servicesWork collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
Skills & Qualifications : Strong customer service and communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using online toolsAbility to work remotely and manage your own scheduleProfessional, dependable, and proactiveNo previous experience required full training is provided
