A company is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Product-Minded) Independent Contractor, Project-Based.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build secure, maintainable features in Ruby on Rails

Translate business needs into clear technical approaches and tradeoffs

Collaborate asynchronously while communicating clearly and proactively

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Strong experience building real, production Rails applications

Ability to make pragmatic engineering decisions with tradeoffs in mind

Interest in understanding the business and customer impact

Comfortable working independently while being collaborative when necessary

Prior independent contractor or project-based work experience is a plus
