Overnight Veterinary Technician - ICU

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for a Veterinary Technician to join our team!

Position: V eterinary Technician with our ICU department.

Work Schedule : Full-Time; Sunday through Tuesday (7 PM to 7 AM) - Wednesday once a month

Pay Range APCA I-II $23.21 - $34.51/hour

*This pay band is dependent on local veterinary licensing, experience, and advancement through our competency assessment tool.

As a n ICU/Critical Care Technician, you will:

• Triage and obtain patient history

• Identifypatients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR

• Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.

• Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases

• Workalong sideother skilled technicians and assistants inprovidingexcellent, advanced medicine to your patients

• Havea passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.

• Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents
