\n\n Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility \n\n\n  \n\n\n RN LDRP Full Time Nights Position Summary \n\n\n  \n\n\n Our Fort Mill facility has a LDRP,   single-room maternity care model where a patient and their family stay in the same room for the entire hospital stay, from the initial stages of labor through childbirth and into the postpartum period.\n\n\n  \n\n\n Job Summary :  Provides direct patient care to include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of assigned patients. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.\n\n\n  \n\n\n THE RN LDRP FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE / CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE. \n\n\n  \n\n\n Individuals must possess the ability to : \n\n\n 1. Perform each essential duty satisfactorily.\n\n\n 2. Provide care utilizing the nursing process.\n\n\n 3. Communicate effectively.\n\n\n  \n\n\n The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and / or abilities required. NRP and ACLS required within orientation period. AWHONN Fetal Monitoring course within orientation period.\n\n\n  \n\n\n Minimum Experience / Additional Certification : Each candidate’s previous clinical experience is reviewed to determine acceptable experience. One year of maternal / child experience preferred.\n
