Security Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and elevate security posture, maintaining industry standards like ISO 27001 and SOC II

Manage the lifecycle of security audits, certifications, and internal controls

Guide prospects through InfoSec, compliance, and security architecture conversations as part of the sales process

Required Qualifications

Deep experience with Security and Privacy frameworks (e.g., SOC II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR)

Fluency in translating technical security concepts for internal teams and enterprise buyers

Experience working closely with solution architects or sales engineering teams

Strong process instincts with the ability to communicate clearly

Collaborative and pragmatic approach, especially under pressure
