Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests, and developing customized care plans
• Diagnosing and addressing acute, chronic, or episodic health issues in partnership with physicians or independently (depending on qualifications)
• Empowering patients and families with knowledge about prevention, wellness, and disease management
• Prescribing medications and treatments in alignment with your practice standards
• Engaging in follow-up care and chronic disease management strategies
• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless, holistic care
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications Needed

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certain Certifications Required

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or relevant equivalent
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
