ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Elliot Ettenborough - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.


In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve agency goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive growth and retention.
  • Conduct policy reviews, assess client needs, and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
  • Proactively market and cross-sell products to warm and cold leads.
  • Oversee customer issue resolution and ensure a positive client experience.
