Project Controller
The Project Controller assists in the planning, directing, and coordination of activities within the designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Provides analysis of reports, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services. Must learn and understand how to interpret safety hazards related to the work and effectively implement a construction strategy. The Project Controller may be required to work in a plant operations or construction jobsite setting.
Responsibilities :
- Reviews budget to determine whether or not project is performing work within budget
- Prepare various project reports for management, client, or others to analyze labor hours, work performed, or other costs
- Assist in planning, organizing, and scheduling work and determining cost effectiveness
- Consult with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss miscellaneous cost issues
- Review material and labor requirements, equipment and production costs, performance requirements, and project schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Assist other workers as needed
Qualifications : Physical :
