A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager - Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs across various teams and provide transparent reporting to leadership

Manage, mentor, and grow a small team of Project Managers to ensure high-quality execution across workstreams

Define program charters, objectives, success criteria, and timelines while managing project constraints and ensuring alignment across teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in technical program and project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Technical fluency in software development, infrastructure, or platform engineering

Experience with program management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification is preferred
