Registered Nurse – Hospice (Travel / Home Care)

Location : Greensboro, NC

Start Date : January 5, 2026

Contract Length : 8 weeks

Shift : Days | Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hospice nursing care to patients in their homes

Manage and coordinate an assigned patient caseload

Perform ongoing assessments, care planning, and symptom management

Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice team members

Educate patients and families on end-of-life care and support

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

Required Qualifications

Active RN license (temporary or pending accepted if in hand before start)

Minimum 1 year of hospice or home care case management experience

HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) charting experience – required
