Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and product updates to provide accurate information. Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and insights with relevant departments. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines at all times. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health, wellness, or customer service is a plus. Proven experience in live chat support, customer service, or a related role. Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers. Basic understanding of health, wellness, and fitness concepts is preferred. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
