Senior Civil Engineer Public Works

Were looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join the Public Works Engineering Division and take charge of projects that improve city's infrastructure from stormwater and wastewater systems to development plan reviews and capital improvements.

Youll lead and mentor a talented engineering team , oversee consultants, and manage major projects from design to construction ensuring theyre delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of public safety and quality.

What youll bring :

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering (or related)
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience, including 1+ year in a lead / supervisory role
• Strong background in stormwater, wastewater, plan review, or construction management
• Active California PE license and valid drivers license
• Local residency in Chico, CA (or intent to relocate)
