Service Coordinator

We are actively seeking a Full-Time Service Coordinator to join our team.

Duties Include :

• Overseeing and Maintaining Route Maintenance Schedules
• Maintaining daily contact with Field Employees and tracking progress updates
• Communicating schedule changes and Priority Service Calls with Service Technicians
• Locating / Purchasing unknown parts and material
• Management of Service parts and inventory
• Data Entry and processing of daily paperwork
• Preparing Documents for LRS Field Employees and Service Technicians
• Processing Warranty Service Claims directly with Manufacturers

Minimum Qualifications :

Compensation will be based on level of experience and qualifications.
