Speech-Language Pathologist (Floater / Evaluator)
AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for a flexible floater role supporting up to three K-8 schools. This position runs ASAP through the last day of school (May 29).
This role is highly customizable based on your interests and strengths. This position can be evaluation-heavy with some therapy, or structured as primarily therapy-focused, depending on what's most appealing to you. You'll support students with mild to high needs across general education and center-based settings. This is a unique opportunity for an SLP who wants flexibility, values being part of a close-knit team, and is excited by a role that can be shaped to fit their professional interests while supporting growing student needs.
Location : Thornton, CO (Full-Time)
School Hours : 8 : 30am-3 : 35pm
Salary Range : $60,000 - $85,000 / year or $50-68 / hour (based on qualifications and experience)
Responsibilities :
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to understand their impact on learning.
Develop and implement IEP goals using creative, student-focused therapy approaches in both individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to create strategies and accommodations that support student success.
Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and keep clear, timely documentation.
Design service plans that reflect the speech and language demands of the curriculum and integrate into students’ educational programs.
Participate in professional learning and contribute as a valued member of the school community.

Prior school / pediatric experience preferred, but not required
