Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing / distribution sector, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has strong technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Ensure timely and accurate invoice and payment processing

Support month-end close activities

Maintain organized financial records

Assist with audit preparation as needed

Must have experience with a cloud-based ERP system and advanced Excel

Requirements

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs required)

Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail

Prior manufacturing or distribution industry experience preferred

Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high-volume environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
