Qualifications :

• Must be admitted to New York Bar.
• Exceptional writing skills
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and memoranda..
• Analyze case files and develop legal strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Interview clients, witnesses, and experts as needed.
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records, discovery materials, and evidence.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, subpoenas, and interrogatories.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in the firm’s case management system. xklufbp
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
