The Role

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and scaling Lucid's recruiting team. This role oversees recruiter performance, workflow efficiency, candidate experience, and talent strategy. You will be hands-on in daily operations while also driving long-term recruiting strategy, training, and performance management.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong staffing and people-management background who thrives in a fast-growing environment and knows how to drive accountability, performance, and culture at scale.
