We do not cut corners, as you can tell by our square burger patties. With that being said, we expect that your natural friendliness shines through, you're able to handle a quick-paced work environment, you support the company by maintaining an outstanding work environment by providing leadership, direction, training, and development for Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Crew Members. AND... that you love Wendy's just as much as we do!

thank yous! You help your teammates and customers. The perfect General Manager is a confident decision-maker who has experience in guest and customer service, employee management, business and financial management, and is a natural motivator! You love to learn and want to be a part of team!

1. Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
2. Work with your leadership team to meet goals
3. Execute company policies and procedures
4. Interview and hire team members
5. Manage food and labor costs
6. Maintain fast and accurate service while delighting every guest
