Minnesota Licensed Corporate Accounting Director

A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee accounting operations and maintain an adequate system of accounting records

Implement comprehensive controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with GAAP

Plan, monitor, maintain, and improve accounting department functions and processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master's degree preferred

Active or inactive CPA - Certified Public Accountant required

Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience

At least 4 years of public accounting experience

Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience
